If the product you receive is damaged, defective, counterfeit or not as described on the website, subject to return of the affected product to us within 7 days of its delivery and satisfaction of our assessment and validation process 

You can request to return a product purchased on for refund within 7 days of its delivery. 

except in respect of:

  • Clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Products with their retail packaging, seals or boxes opened or missing and any tags or labels which were attached
  • Products that fall into the below product types,

Beauty & Fragrances
Earrings for pierced ears
Consumable items that are used or installed

Note: All items which are returned will be assessed and validated before they are accepted for a refund. If the stated issue is not found in the product you return, or if you return a product otherwise not eligible for refund as listed above, the product will be sent back to you and your claim for a refund will be rejected 7 days of its delivery.
